Jim took his time to show us everything and anything we could do to improve the home we were looking at. He took his time with answering our questions through our inspection. We were looking at a home with him where he caught issues with the home that multiple other inspectors missed. His documentation is incredible and is full of pictures and diagrams. If you want someone who will truly look through your home as if he was going to purchase it, then I would choose Jim.

We were recommended Jim through a close friend of ours that used Jim in the past for an inspection (as well as his brothers in his family and they all appreciated his work too). Jim seemed to be thorough throughout the house and didnt hesitate to explain something to us if we did not understand. We had Jim from JRV do a home inspection, Level2 water testing , and Radon testing. He was absolutely excellent in the way he took his time with explaining and educating us on potential issues and gave us recommendations for improvements. the Home inspection also included bringing a pest prevention expert to check for any issues and provide his own recommendations. The inspection was very thorough with the report accompanied with photos and videos. An excellent service at a very competitive price that is absolutely worth it for the confidence and peace of mind needed when buying a house. Will definitely be recommending him to everyone and using JRV in the future.
