JR City Properties

I lived in one of their properties for almost a year. They were very accommodating every step of the way and very understanding when I had to move out on short notice. It was a clean building, trash and recycling was always taken care of. They were also very accessible with any needs, such as a leak or a problem with an appliance.

Working with JR City Properties has been an outstanding experience from start to finish. Their team is professional, responsive, and truly goes the extra mile to ensure everything runs smoothly. Communication was always clear and timely, and any concerns I had were addressed quickly and thoroughly. It's rare to find a company that combines efficiency with genuine customer care, but JR City Properties absolutely delivers. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. Great job!

I rented with JR City Properties for 2 years and they were consistently professional and helpful. All maintenance orders were handled in a timely manner and the super was always available if needed. The staff and administrators were friendly and a pleasure to interact with. Nicole from the Management Team was particularly kind, responsive, and accommodating. I had to move due to personal circumstances, but would absolutely rent with JR City Properties again and will continue to recommend their company to friends, family, and clients!

Had such a bad experience with my rental application. They provided such bad customer service. First they took forever with my application and basically ghost me for weeks knowing that I needed to move asap. Currently pregnant and with a 2 year old baby girl. Never even attempted to give a good reason why my application was denied and when I tried to called back they all block my number. Such a terrible agency, made me waste precious time. Do not recommended to anyone. No wonder they have so many properties not lease on Zillow. Please beware.

JR City Property is a great team, consisting of nice and friendly people. I rented with them for one year. Although my requests regarding heating were not always addressed, the team was so pleasant that I couldn't hold any grudges. Overall, my experience with them was positive, and in the end, they returned my entire security deposit, even though it was on the very last day.
