I did not have a positive experience working with Lee Buchanan as a leasing agent. The overall interaction felt rushed and impersonal. I was frequently over-talked and not fully heard, and even phone conversations felt hurried. There was repeated pressure to hurry and sign, with multiple statements emphasizing that I was “not the only person looking” and that it was a “fast market.” Assumptions were also made about my housing intentions without taking the time to understand my long-term goals or even basic details about my living situation, such as the fact that I would be living alone. Additionally, the communication style came across as dismissive and condescending rather than informative. I did not feel respected or valued as a client, and based on my experience, I would not recommend

My aunt is not good with real estate and trusted them. They took all her earnest money (which it should never have been that high of earnest money -- terrible advice) then they did not advocate for her and threatened her when she tried to protest. She is a nice lady and got scared so she did nothing. This was last year and I am just hearing about this now and reviewing the contracts, cashier's checks, and everything she gave them -- she lost so much money because of these people's gross negligence. Stay away! Do not trust them! They lied and cheated a woman who knew no better!!! STAY AWAY!!!

Thanks for not asking permission to put your sign in my yard and then leaving it as trash for me to pick up when the house is been delisted.

The realtor Lea Johnson was no good! I was straight lied to about a couple of things,not to mention when my husband and I closed on our house, the previous owner was still residing in the house. Closed at 9am and at 5pm I still had no keys to the house I purchased.The house was left real dirty. Once everyone involved get their money,you are all forgotten about. My inspection was a joke. It was so good it cost me $30,000 the first year. I was referred to the inspector. This whole ordeal was a joke. It's not over. I will be taking further action. My house has a problem where the city Inspector has to come back out.

Scott will be my first call when I need real estate transactions or to refer my friends and family.
