We had a great experience building our new home from the ground up with JP Brooks. Starting out the process with our sales person Amelia, who is absolutely amazing. She made great recommendations and pointed us to the perfect floor plan for us. We absolutely love the design of our new home. Amelia’s communication goes far above and beyond expectations. Austin the project supervisor was great to work with. He listened to our needs and preferences and responded in a timely manner. Austin made the process go smoothly and seamless, he is definitely a man of integrity. Amelia and Austin together are like the “Dream Team”! We are extremely happy with our new home. We highly recommend JP Brooks Builders and would use them again in the future if needed.

We’ve been extremely disappointed with our JP Brooks home. Within just two years, we’ve experienced more issues than we ever expected in a new build — crumbling cement on our front walkway, no insulation in the garage (despite it being drywalled), and very poor-quality paint throughout the house. These are not minor issues — they reflect serious shortcuts in materials and workmanship. To make matters worse, our experience with JP Brooks’ customer service has been equally frustrating. While they claim to offer warranties to address build-related problems, we’ve found they have little interest in actually honoring them. Getting anyone to take responsibility or provide meaningful help has been a constant uphill battle. We regret choosing JP Brooks and would not recommend them to anyone. Buy

Mitch spent two hours going through our new JP Brooks home. His attention to detail was very evident. He had already identified some items that needed attention & had a plan to correct them in process. Definitely a 5 ⭐️ project manager !
