I been in multiple properties owned by Phil, he must have the inspector "in his pocket" because these places were ABSOLUTELY NOT UP TO CODE! Example: Bad electrical wiring in every unit we visited *Fire Hazard 🔥ARC, all infested w/mice, BLACK MOLD in 3 of 6 units. And one we visited last winter had bad wiring so no porch light for icy steps in the pitch dark (Not bulb) Do you want legal problems? Oh and don't forget half of the units roofs leak also.... And we visit the gentleman (Rest in Peace) when he lived at the end trailer, that one is structurally NOT SOUND ... the "Bones" are rotted that trailer should NOT have been nothing but CONDEMED... Shame on you for taking advantage of that Handicapped Gentleman!!

Rented from Phil for about a total of 8 years all together. Eventually bought our house from him. Never had any issues in all the years we rented from him. Livable houses, decent fair pricing, understanding and helpful guy. Will recommend him to anyone.

Very poor landlord. We gave him a 900 dollar money order and he said he never got it. So we sent a tracer for the money order and he magically found it but our balance stayed the same which is supposedly 1500 dollars. This is the only time we've been behind and we're only behind a few days bc I got in a bad motorcycle accident with brain bleeding and broken bones. Grade A piece of work. Also he has never supplied us with heat and never fixes anything but tells u that he will charge u 1000 dollars for any changes made to the house. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!

The properties are dilapidated and unfit for living. If you do rent from this slum lord, be careful. He may try to blame you for damage done by previous tenants. If something breaks, don’t expect him to fix it. Oh, and you had better plan to pay for your own exterminator because I have been in multiple properties he has owned that had bugs.

Rented a house from Phil for 2 years. He's fair and easy to get along with. Pay your rent on time and no issues.
