She answered all our questions and explained each step to us as we went through the selling process and the buying process. She helped us find the perfect house and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taking care.

I've never dealt with someone so rude and disrespectful on the phone. Vanessa, who answered my calls again this company, was incredibly unprofessional and dismissive. She sounded annoyed from the start, put me on hold for about 2 minutes, without asking. When I asked about emotional support animals (ESA) she was dismissive and then abruptly hung up on me. If Vanessa is the reflection of how this company operates, I would strongly advise staying far away. Terrible customer service.

Retta made buying a home a great experience. She was very knowledgeable and informative. She took the time to meet with us and answer every question that we had. She was very responsive and quick to get back to us on questions and to schedule showings when we we were interested in seeing a home. When looking at homes with Retta, she would take the time to point out cool or interesting features as well as potential issues and things that could cause issues in the future. Retta gave us great guidance when making our offers on homes, she helped provide us with the tools we needed to become more educated during the home buying process.
