This review is long overdue. My family and I were driving into San Antonio from Houston to look at several prospective homes to purchase. On our drive, I found the listing for the home we are now happily living in. I called Joyce (the listing agent) and she was able to pencil us in that day for a showing. We didn't have an agent with us, but luckily Sonia from Joyce Realtors was with her. Sonia represented us while Joyce was representing the sellers. We made an offer that day thanks to the quick thinking and problem solving skills they provided. They were very courteous and helpful and I would recommend them to anyone.

Have used Joyce Klein realtors for many years on my property endeavors. Best management company you can hire if you are renting out one of your homes. Karen Klein took care of getting the best contractors at a moments notice at the best rates in their respective industries when ever repairs were needed. I couldn't have been more blessed in working with Joyce Klein Realtors. We eventually sold our rental property and Karen Klein handled the marketing and sale getting us a great market value for the home. From the moment I called and spoke with Mark Klein about a home he had listed, he was an absolute blessing! Kind, helpful and even willing to drive over an hour on a rainy Tuesday morning to meet with us and show us this house that would soon become, with Mark's amazing help, our home. I am truly grateful for Mark and his professional, yet personable demeanor, especially as I called him many times with questions throughout the process (and even after) and he patiently answered them all. After 2 years of biting my tongue, I’m finally going to tell our story because we found out that the property manager’s husband has been telling new tenants that our story is not true and we’re crazy... In 2016 we had the unfortunate pleasure of meeting Karen Klein and renting a home that was infested with fleas and a raccoon living in the attic with droppings everywhere. After 2 months of never actually spending the night in the house due to being bitten by fleas, we asked that the issue be fixed and two months of rent free at the end of the lease or we would have to leave and find a new home.
