Journal Squared

I stayed in Journal Squared for one and half year and my experience of living here is great. Convenient location where it only takes you 2 mins to the PATH station. The staff are very friendly and responsive. The building complex has fantastic gym equipments and other nice amenities. Sad I have to leave because of work and hope I can return and lease with them again in future.

We’ve had a wonderful living experience at JSQ! The management team is always attentive and caring, and the maintenance support is incredibly prompt and efficient. Whenever we encountered an issue during our stay, they responded quickly and resolved it smoothly. Special thanks to Jane（the person who always keeps us updated ）, receptionist Juan, and the maintenance team of Tower 2 — their professionalism and kindness truly made our stay enjoyable. We really appreciate all the hard work from everyone at JSQ who keeps the community running so well!

We’re heading into our fourth year living at JSQ1! YaY! and that says a lot about how much we enjoy living here! never lost a package, the leasing office and management team are very responsive. We especially want to highlight Jing Gong, the leasing manager. She helped us so much throughout the renewal process and made everything easy and seamless. She’s kind truly cares about residents. Very grateful for all the help!

After living here in Tower 2 for several months, I don’t see myself living here again. I highly recommend you read both my good and bad points because I think they need to be known. The good: - spectacular view - most concierge staff I interacted with were friendly, contrary to what other reviewers have stated - super convenient as it’s right outside the subway/bus station, 15min to WTC - the cafe in the lobby is great - management seems transparent about building maintenance and inspection - neighbors are usually quiet - gym is nice - packages are usually processed in a reasonable time window, unlike what other reviews mentioned. The bad (definitely read this!): - Walls are paper thin. I can hear neighbors clearly on both sides of me, even when they’re speaking at a normal volume. Watch

I had a great experience with this apartment’s leasing office. Jing and Julian are the best agents I have ever met . They are professional, patient, and extremely helpful throughout the whole process. They answered all my questions, guided me step by step, and made everything so much easier. Highly recommend these leasing agents if you are looking for a new home!
