Everyone was friendly, and the resident events really brought people together and made it an exciting place to live. The staff truly stood out. Asia was incredible and always made residents feel welcome and supported. Gary and Oscar at the front desk, Eric from maintenance, and Taylor from the management office were also consistently helpful and great to work with. We loved our unit, the views, and the amenities, especially the gym and resident lounge where we hosted some parties and events. I’ve had such a pleasant experience staying at Urby JSQ. The building is new, modern, and thoughtfully designed — from the apartments themselves to the shared amenities. Everything feels clean, well-maintained, and intentionally curated to create a comfortable living environment. What truly sets Urby apart, though, is the staff. They are consistently friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. From day one — especially during move-in — the team made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I am absolutely in love with this beautiful place I get to call home. It feels so welcoming, cozy, stylish, modern. The views from our apartment are incredible, common areas like garden room, rooftop, and the pool are my absolute favorites, I always feel like I am on the most wonderful vacation, when it fact this is our home. The staff is very friendly and helpful! I love the variety of activities and events, the actual community feel and what an amazing job the Urby team is doing day to day to elevate our lifestyle. Moving to this building was the best decision we recently made, and living here exceeded any expectations!

Living at Urby Journal Square has been a great experience. The apartment is modern, well designed and the views from the higher floors are amazing. The pool and gym are always clean and very well maintained and the resident lounge has been a great space for hosting small parties and events. The staff truly stands out here. My boyfriend and I moved to Urby JSQ in September, and after almost three months, we couldn’t be happier with our decision. 🚊Location: 2-minute walk to the PATH. 🏡Modern Aesthetic: Thoughtfully designed with stylish decor throughout the building. Specially the top floor office space. 🌆Breathtaking Views: We love the stunning Manhattan skyline view from our living room. 🙌🏼Engaging Community: The welcoming vibe and fun events helped us meet amazing friends and neighbors. 💯Outstanding Hospitality: The hospitality team, especially Natasha, Taylor and Zach has been incredible.
