Jeff and Mike are amazing. I started out renting one of their properties for a couple of years. When it was time for me to buy a home they helped during that process as well. Jeff was great and made me feel comfortable the whole time. We viewed multiple houses and finally closed on one at the end of March. He was available to help the whole time. I even messaged him multiple weeks after closing and he was around to help me with anything I needed. These guys are the real deal!

The maintenance man just came to fix a door but completely invaded our privacy by looking around our apartment and using our restroom without asking. Just moving in, things were still messy and the door wouldn’t even close or lock. But he had the audacity to complain about us and say we were messy. I won’t even get started on the tenants that we had to live around. Just awful.

Coming from another realtor who had to use Mike Jordan services to sell house in Northern KY, he is truly excellent. Great communication and positivity throughout our transaction. He communicates better with me then my own listing agent! I highly recommend Mike Jordan!
