I moved back to Erie from out of state and they made the transition so smooth and have every step of the way. Seriously the best!
I have been living in one of their buildings for almost a year now and they have been so good to me. I have almost no problems with the apartment, and when I do they fix it as soon as possible. No complaints here! Price is very good for the area as well.
We rented from Jones Miglicio Properties for two years. The property was clean and in great shape. They were attentive to any issues that came up and any needs that we had. I would recommend renting from them.
This company is VERY professional. They look out for the care of their tenants by answering the phones when you call. Any issues within the apartments they quickly come fix! Definitely recommend this company! 🙂
