Carriage Hill Apartments

The location and townhouses are perfect. The owners/company are absolutely horrible to work with. They ignore you and charge you for things you shouldn't get charged with. Make sure to cover your butt and take pictures and videos when you move in. Pretty sure if you stay over 3 years they don't put your money into the proper account which is illegal as well. They were not worth my time to get a lawyer. They have no humanity and responses. Disgusting people. Oh also increased my rent nearly double in a span of 4 years with no upgrades or anything. Good luck.

Very quiet neighborhood! Cozy apartment complex to live in, with the best neighbors! Covered parking available, quick maintenance response for issues that may occur and daily snow removal during the winter. The winter snow removal and covered parking is essential for anyone new to living in areas affected by lake effect snow!

Loved living here for almost two years! It has been such a change from living in small apartments and not having any access to outdoors easily. The patio is such a game changer. The park and pool are such nice amenities to have too, I’m in the pool all summer 😁😁

I can't say enough good things about Carriage Hill! They made my transition into my townhouse SO easy. The application process was a breeze and communication was immediate whenever I had any questions. The units are so nice and beautifully kept up with. I recommend it for anyone looking for a new place!

The community is peaceful, parking is easy, maintenance team is on top of things. Nice pool, laundry on site. Staff is communicative. Overall a nice place to live and I’d recommend!
