Please do full research before moving in and out. Everything looks so coordinated and smooth while moving in because you are paying money and they want money for empty rooms. But when you decides to move out then thats where rosy days turns into who are you experience. They only care about the money that you are paying. Not to mention they are milking the cow as long as you live there through Trash collection, water and sewage and everything is surcharged and can be billed as they want. They never explain how they reach the number but the answer is always sketchy when you lack transparency. And when you move out FORGET ABOUT GETTING SECURITY DEPOSIT back in full.
