If anyone is looking to either sell or buy a home with the help of Kim Ricchiuti I would recommend you don’t. Kim is very unethical, dishonest and extremely unprofessional. It is an agent’s obligation to give true and honest answers which unfortunately she does not. Her listings give false information. She will hound you with messages and change the agreements made every time you speak with her. Hang up the phone mid conversation, raise her voice, and even threaten you. I personally felt that Kim’s approach was to bully her way through people. It’s sad but she only sees the dollar signs that are going into her direct pocket. My advice to anyone looking for an agent when making a big life decision is to find someone with integrity, someone who sees the human side to buying or selling a home
