Westbrook Village, Westbrook Green and Westbrook Village Villas

I recently toured an apartment with Christina, and I had such a great experience. She was kind, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. The apartment itself was beautiful, spacious, clean, and in a great community. Christina answered all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and made me feel completely comfortable. It’s rare to find someone so kind and attentive, and I truly appreciated how easy she made the whole experience. I highly recommend working with her!

I cannot begin to express how amazing Westbrook is. My quality of life has changed drastically from just living in this space. I have a one bedroom one bathroom apartment on the ground floor with a patio and everyone who visits explains it the same way: beautiful and spacious. I moved in last April so it was right in time for the warmer months. I enjoyed my free time at the pool with the other residents and every single one of them were not only friendly, but inviting. The gym is small but has everything you would need and never has more that 3 people at a time. Maintenance requests are fulfilled within 48 hours and they always do a great job with whatever task needs to be addressed. The grass is freshly cut every other day and the grounds are FLAWLESS. I LOVE our apartment. It is safe and beautiful. We receive tons of compliments from all of our friends and family members. Granted we had a couple of issues with appliances not working and what not but maintenance is on top of things. They always addressed every issue immediately. The ladies in the office are very nice and attentive, Ellen especially. I have noticed another review talking about constant surveillance but that is a GREAT thing. If you abide the policies then you have nothing to worry about - as they are put in place for a reason. We shopped around to a few other complexes before moving here in September and I am glad we chose Westbrook. Overall it has been a wonderful 6 months living here.

The new Senior apartments are beautiful. The facilities are amazing. The staff is attentive and kind.

Westbrook is a great place to live with overall very nice people. Christina Silva was amazing to deal with for the whole time we were there. We are very thankful to her and the whole staff!
