As a first time home buyer, the process was a little intimidating to go through. ....until we met Jonathan. To say we had the most amazing experience would be an understatement. Jonathan was great! He was available at anytime we needed, even showed us a house on Valentines day 3 hrs after it hit the market and we had an offer in that night. He is very quick and efficient getting paperwork to you and answering any questions you have. He is very knowledgeable about renovation projects and possible costs. Jonathan really did go above and beyond for the sale of my mom's house. I live about an hour away, and I never once had to drive up to the house to deal with any repairs - Jonathan handled everything. Words do not suffice for how fortunate we were having Jonathan in our corner for our first home purchase.
