I recently called this office to inquire about potential vendor referrals, as we are working on a renovation project in the area. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely unprofessional. The woman who answered the phone was rude from the start and went as far as calling me a scammer, despite the fact that I was simply asking whether they had any reliable vendors they could recommend. She then hung up on me. I called back to clarify the situation, and the interaction did not improve. I was genuinely surprised by how I was treated, especially by a company that has been established in the area for so long. Customer interaction like this reflects poorly on the business, and it’s not the level of professionalism I would expect from a firm of their reputation!
