I want to express my appreciation for the Warranty Services team for their outstanding support in addressing the water leak at my home. From the initial notification to the final repair, the entire process was handled with exceptional care and efficiency.

The warranty service is excellent. They were very responsive and took care of our reported issues thoroughly. They managed communications between different contractors and providers well and coordinated all moving pieces thoughtfully. Special shoutout to our warranty manager Henry who made multiple visits to our home during the repairs and made sure everything was fixed properly.

Excellent warranty person Adam. Too good experience. Attention to details was excellent and educated us on each and every aspect of the home. Absolutely recommend to have Adam do your 11 month warranty
