Sellers beware. Their agents, specifically the Walter's, will advocate to their clients / the buyers to place a high offer that they cannot afford, which causes the sellers to cancel planned open houses and wastes time due to their eventual pullout the night before ORS 105.475 limitations expire. If you see the Walter's name on your disclosure paperwork. Do not accept the offer, you will just waste your time and resources.
