I used Joey Clement to help sell my La Jolla condo because I knew he had a history of sales in La Jolla Terrace & previously owned there as well.  I shared my expectations, especially what I wanted to clear from the sale and that it would be the front end of a 1031 exchange.  He was able to expedite the sale, hook us up with a great escrow company & introduce me to a top 1031 facilitator.  He managed the entire relationship and worked out whatever minor issues arose with the buyer's realtor.  It was a pleasure doing business with Joey & his firm.
