My friend had to wait over a year for her a.c. unit, which was finally repaired in Sept., so she doesn't get to use it now. All they gave her to use this summer and last was one mobile unit, but that didn't keep all of the rooms cool, obviously. Jill is also very snobby & difficult to deal with.

Very unorganized and very nosey neighbors who do not keep to themselves lots of older folks gave me lots of problems if your ok with cops getting called when you yell at your dog because your neighbors think domestic violence is going on? Then this is your place be discrete as well the realtor will try to execute illegel mid lease changes as well remember they can't do that unless you agree.

Love the people at state healtg department always very nice and helpful
