Golfview Manor Apartments

Put on wait list April 2025 for 1Br. Was called July 2025 w/1Br/B for August. After appt to see,go over price,rules etc I excepted. Staff & maintance very nice. Apt very clean & exceptional roominess. Couldn't ask for Better Neighors!!!

Worst place I've ever lived. My back sliding door has been on the track a total of 2 days out of the 2 years I've lived here. My closet doors fell off, maintenance never shows up. I asked for paint multiple times, it took them 6 months to bring it to me. They never change the furnace filters when they're needed. The windows leak, and it's caused mold. I told them, and they told me I just need to just clean it, like anything else. I had to scrub down around the windows with white vinegar, and the walls are literally crumbling from mold that they just cover up with paint. Sure, the pool is nice, but nothing else.

Love this place. Kathleen and Brenda are amazing. been renting an apartment here for about five and a half months and absolutely no complaints. Maintenance always gets to me as soon as possible. And all my neighbors are super friendly and welcoming.

Everyone is nice in the office.. when I first moved here I got the information wrong about when the rent was do I explained to them and they were super nice and took away the late fee.. maintenance is good at keep stuff up for the most part.. could use some much needed upgrades but overall a pleasant place to live.

Their carpet had stain when I moved in but when I moved out, they blamed me for that stain and for me not pointing out when moving in. Then kept part of the deposit. If it is about equipment then it was ok, but this false blaming was very mean.
