How are you going to close down your garage and lock my car in there and not let me know you were not going to be operating on New Years? I passed so many associates sitting at the front desk on NYE and NO ONE said anything and NO signs are posted stating you would not be able to access the building on New Years. If it wasn’t for someone going inside the garage, and us running behind his car to get inside, my car would still be locked up in the garage and I would be missing work tomorrow. Post signs, have your front desk associates warn people. I will never park at a JLL owned garage again.

Garbage company. They own Union Station and treat bus passengers like trash. Bus passengers are denied from entering the station between 3-6am (despite being paying customers!) are forced to walk up the H Street Bridge (a sketchy street rife with drug addicts) to board or exit their buses, instead of simply walking through the station like the paying customers we are! Meanwhile, train customers can enter the station whenever they please!

Business meeting. Lots of good parking lots and cheaper than Baltimore! On Pennsylvania Ave.

Whenever I'm in Washington, D.C., I always choose the JLL Hotel. It offers reasonable prices and consistently excellent service!

The attention to detail is admirable in this office space.
