Absolutely wonderful experience working with J&K. Our experience was slightly different, as we were fortunate enough to have the opportunity to rent a beautiful market home by J&K while we were transitioning to our final home. Everyone on the team was responsive and fantastic to work with. We originally signed on for a one-year lease, and when our move was delayed by almost a year - they were flexible and accommodating to meet our needs. The home was absolutely beautiful - high end materials, solid construction and so much attention to detail went into the finishes that were incorporated throughout the home. It was obvious that no corners were cut in constructing this home. We cannot thank them enough for everything they did to make things easy for us during a somewhat stressful time.

My wife and I and my mother built a multigenerational home, and the J&K team handled the complex dynamic with professionalism and sensitivity. Building a custom home is a team sport from Developer, Architect, Bank, all the suppliers and subs, and of course the owner. We believe J&K was the best head coach of that team for our unique situation. The attention to construction quality was impressive before AND after close.
