Jimmy Nash in my opinion is the premier home builder in Kentucky. He did a wonderful job on my new home. His “Co-construct” program keeps the home owner in the know at all times with what is going on. Everything is also very transparent. I found him to be very fair and honest in every respect. He is also very pleasant to work with. You will not be disappointed to use him and his team to build your dream home.

Update May 2024. I continue to be impressed with the Nash experience. The slab on my front porch settled, and although it took some time and persistence for me to get attention, Jimmy arranged to have the slab pumped to correct the problem. This is 7 years after the build that Jimmy is making good on his product. I doubt that there are many other builders who would be this reliable. My earlier post still holds: Jimmy works exceptionally hard to make the building experience a positive one. I highly recommend that you consider no other than a Nash build for your custom project. Quality materials thru and thru.

Jimmy Nash and his entire team made the home building process quite enjoyable! My husband and I loved the co-construct program. It enabled us to choose options/upgrades on our time all while know exactly where we were on budget. We were able to build the home of our dream and we knew we were getting exceptional quality and a great value with the team of Jimmy Nash Homes. We don't live in one of the communities of Jimmy Nash Homes. We live out in the country in rural Jessamine County. It's amazing how many people (strangers), when they realize what road we live on just go on and on and on about how much they love our home....well we do too! I'm beyond thrilled of how our home turned out!
