Jim conducted a thorough review and provided a comprehensive appraisal report. He and his wife are very professional and easy to work with. I was especially grateful for their flexibility and quick responses. They were able to help me out in a time crunch and quickly answered all my questions.

The others could not do that, so I chose Redmile Appraisal and they kept to their schedule. We asked for an appraisal to get an honest, professional opinion of the value of our house for sale purposes. Jim Redmile made sure we understood how his appraisal was done, how it could be used, and that other appraisers could come up with a different figure. After explaining this he made sure we still wanted the appraisal before he commenced to doing it. He was not out to try to sell me something I didn't need. The cost of the appraisal was well worth it.
