Been a resident since 2022 till 2025 in one of the property in Hall Blvd at Beaverton. Great location, safe, clean. The management take cares of the property well. Any problem we have been handling professionally and taking care of. If our family has not grown we probably still stay there. Highly recommend if anyone looking for a place to stay with comfort and peace. Thanks Karri and Hunt.

I cannot possibly say enough great things about JIL...specifically, about Karri who runs things in the office there. When we first moved to Oregon we were so beaten down and depressed at what a terrible stress it was to try and find a place, SO many of the other management companies were asking us to jump through 90 hoops (and pay crazy high application fees) before we could even see a unit. When we came across JIL (the Kinnaman Crossing property specifically) it was a total godsend. The perfect unit, an excellent price, and a gorgeous little community. Karri was SO helpful and kind in getting us set up it was all like a dream come true! The best part? It STAYED that awesome! We rented with them for over two years, and it is by far the best experience we've ever had (And we've rented a L
