If you are looking for a company that won't communicate with you, Will not inform you when there's a problem. They wait and let you figure that on your own a couple of months later, they'll take your money real quick though. They will not help you if there's an issue with the county, they will not help you try to resolve any problems that pop up. Their motto should be" It's not the responsibility of J&H Homes" because according to them they're not responsible for anything. If an issue pops up that's not in their contract they will give you an inflated price to take care of that for you. My husband and I have used J+H for several projects, both residential and commercial. Billy, the contractor is beyond responsive and is always there to answer questions and address concerns. Joe has great design ideas and does a great job of creating mockups to help you visualize potential designs. We are huge fans and wouldn't hesitate to use them in the future!
