- RENTERS BEWARE - CONSTANT BREAK-INS TO STORAGE AREAS, VEHICLES, PATIOS, MAILBOXES AND AN ABUNDANT AMOUNT OF PORCH PIRATES. -Management is more interested in beautifying the property to hide the dilapidated buildings. -The graffiti is expected but vagrants are bathing from the unlocked water faucets outside and they leave them running. -Outdated windows that are drafty and leak condensation during the cold months. They radiate heat during the summer and you are constantly fighting the mold growth. -Warped and sagging floors downstairs from moisture or water leaking under the building. I have heard from past tenants that there are roaches, fortunately we have yet to see any. Management does spray promptly when notified. -Constant foot traffic and vagrants passing through the breezeway to t
