I have been living here now for 10 months. My experience has been amazing. I live on the third floor so zero mice. I seen a few roaches here and there during the summer, but that’s mostly probably because I like to keep my windows open and also through the AC in the window. It was very few during the summer and absolutely zero bugs from fall till now. Maintenance is Good when having issues with anything important such as water or bathroom issues that get fixed very quickly, but if it is not high priority, they will definitely take their time lol. They also have quite frequently inspections for everything in the household to make sure things is as they need to be & that is very important and great as well. Stop the lies this apartment complex overcharges when the laundry barely works and the laundry room don’t open on time then it’s 2.25 to wash but they gotta hold 7 dollars every time you swipe your card. They apartments come with pets for free and I nice big thing of black mold they hire contractors who don’t know wat there doing and because there cheap they have to fix my bathroom ceiling every 3 month the heat barely works I lived here for 4 years and this is the first time the heat came on in 3 radiators. The building is uneven so my bed room slopes down the wall is bulging in not to mention the ceiling in my neighbor bathroom almost fell on him luckily it fell inside the tub and not on him while using the bathroom they fixed some issues after it took years they fixed my leaking ceilin
