My sister and I had an excellent experience working with Jessica to sell our mother's house. We both live out of state and having someone so competent and reliable who could be on site at the house when needed was a huge benefit. First time home buyer here, and I can say finding Jess was a life and time saver. Having worked with a couple realtors before hand who were just pushing for me to buy, Jess took the time to research properties I was interested, and bring up matters that I hadn't considered in my purchasing experience. In addition to being diligent in finding you the right spot, she'll tell you the truth on both the markets, and what she thinks of a space based on what you told her you wanted. She's well connected in the area, and able to make referrals from inspections to move in to make life super easy in this time consuming process. Without Jess and her expertise and knowledge, I am uncertain I would have settled for less than or a bad fit for what I truly wanted in my home.

If I could give Jessica Martin more stars, I would. I was a first time homebuyer in an unfamiliar state armed with nothing but an FHA loan and an anxiety order. Despite everyone telling me that the housing market was impossible for people like me, Jessica managed to help me find my perfect house in a matter of months.
