Worked with Artioli Realty, specifically with Chad Alan and he was amazing. He showed us the house on short notice and after we finished viewing the house he was prepared with other house in similar to what we just looked. He followed up with lots of houses for us to look at and did his due diligence in finding out information about the houses. He was there for the entire from bidding to closing. He kept us informed, he didn't try to force anything on us. Very communicative, responded with either phone, text, or email as necessary. I would highly recommend Chad to anyone that is searching for a home.
