ERICA is the BEST manager... LOVE it here especially for quiet couples and small families and quiet animals... great neighbors... great neighborhood...I would HIGHLY recommend for NON DRUG USERS and quiet folks

My husband and I have lived at Jesse Quinn since February of 2019 and we absolutely love it here. Everything is brand new and well maintained, most of residents keep to themselves and it's surprisingly quiet other the occasional sounds from our upstairs neighbor. Eileen and Sarah in the office are so friendly and helpful. We can easily walk to the library, banks, post office, coffee shops, and restaurants which has been so nice. Safeway just down the road. The neighborhood feels safe and we've never had any issues with the parking area. Overall, a really great place to live. Highly recommend.

After completing lots of required programs from Washington county and finally reuniting with my 2 youngest children a place we can finally call home, me and my family has been hurt and trauma repeats of loosing my child again. 1st I get a notice for my kids staying here with me ( unauthorized guess) my kids ask me what happened I brushed it off not making it look abvious so they don't feel hurt. 2nd. My son gets approached by maintenance worker in a unfriendly manner, my son got kicked out of the apt. A witness told me 2 days later that the worker of Jesse Quinn was very unprofessional and had harassed my son who is still a minor in n a very hostile manner. I felt bad because I had told my son well they have been violating me so many times. Was there any disaplinary action taken. We still

I rented from Jesse Quinn for 1 year and it was an amazing experience. Great neighbors and surrounding community, but most importantly a great staff. Eileen and the other staff members were outstanding and took care of anything I needed. I'd renew my lease if it were only closer to Portland State University and Intel!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I lived here for 6 months. The quality of the materials used in the units and the workmanship are very poor. There were gaps in the laminate flooring, the window in the bedroom didn't open, and the walls were paper thin. I put in a work order to get the window fixed, but they never took care of it. When I moved out before my lease was up, they didn't return my security deposit of $600.
