I have lived at the Forestplace Apartments for 6 years now and I am very happy here. I lived in several other apartments in town before here and I can tell you this is the best place around. It’s always kept clean and it’s quiet. The staff is THE BEST! They always do thoughtful things for tenants like the cookies and hot cocoa for the holidays. I’m still thinking of the mint cookie!!!! Maintenance is the bomb too. You don’t have to worry that they won’t quickly help you with any issues. I would recommend Forestplace to all!!

We had a wonderful experience living at this apartment complex. The area is clean, safe, and well-maintained. The apartment itself was new, spacious, and always kept in great condition. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Any maintenance requests were handled promptly, always the same day. During the year and a half we stayed there, we encountered no issues. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a reliable and pleasant living experience.

We have lived here a few months. We really enjoy the pool and the hot tub. We are able to have our dog here who we love so much. I would say that the rent is quite pricey, but with all the amenities it’s somewhat reasonable (Everywhere is expensive. It’s literally a recession.) Every time I write a complaint, they respond quite quickly. I will say, though that my upstairs neighbors are kind of a bother and continually being loud… But nothing could be done about that that’s just living in apartments…. All in all, we enjoy our time here my daughter loves her room.

Excellent place to live - just renewed my lease for the third time. Everything is high quality. Staff takes great care of the place. Very happy here.
