Jerri Builders built our home in Cedar Point NC. I would highly recommend them. They are very professional, honest, and reliable. Bobby was excellent to work with and any changes made were done without question as long as they were within reason. Jerri was very easy to work with as well. She is very knowledgeable and made sure that everything ran smoothly. There was not one problem or issue that wasn’t resolved very quickly and professionally. We started the process in late spring 2022 and it was complete in early spring of 2023 so there were a few delays in material but we were always informed if and when any delays occurred due to Covid. Quality work and excellent communication. I would most certainly use them again.

Nicest and most caring people you'll ever meet. Jerri Jo and Bobby built our amazing house 5 years ago and we love the beautiful craftmanship put into our house. We have been through some major storms and a hurricane with no problems. Jerri Jo and Bobby also check-in with us or stopped by to make sure we were ok and that our house did not have any problems after the hurricane and major storms. "Good People that Care!"

Jerri Jo and Bobby built our dream home. We broke ground a few weeks before Florence. Needless to say, there were major delays. Bobby worked effortlessly not only to keep our construction going but to help our community rebuild; his tireless effort speaks volumes of his character and dedication to our town and his homeowners. His subs were extremely easy to work with and gracious with all my crazy ideas during the process. We hit a home run with this builder (we interviewed many), don’t hesitate to use them for your home project, they’re trustworthy and steadfast. Thank you, team!!

Jerri Builders has been a great builder to work with. I found a home already completed in the Marsh Harbor Neighborhood of Cedar Point. I'm in construction myself and I purchased this home because of the attention to detail on the workmanship of the home. We Placed an offer on the home and found out 4 others offered after that and theyare all our new neighbors now as they are building Jerri homes beside us. The field staff and superintendent have been very responsive and our punch list was completed and corrected as we asked for. Great Builder as a builder myself I highly recommend them for your next home.

They may build a beautiful and detailed home, but underneath the granite and rounded corners the house is crap. And they're incredibly irresponsible and unprofessional. They offer a 1 year home warranty, but good luck getting them out there. They'll never return emails or phone calls or tell you they're too busy to come out. Now we have a 3 year old home that's falling apart. Door frames are popped, the garage is full of cracks, and the roof is leaking. Their answer? There's some maintenance involved in owning a home. That's not maintenance, that's poor building quality and failing products. Stay away!
