I am a Firefighter of 22 years and do some construction work as a side job. In my 22 years as a Firefighter I have had hundreds of hours of instructor led training, and Darrell Hignite is one of the top 5 worst instructors I have ever had. All he did is read word for word off a PowerPoint, that is not teaching. He was good at talking about how he was the best appraiser there is, and his million dollar house. He never directly answered any questions , but would talk all around them. At one point he told one person to not ask any more questions. I found that to be very rude and unprofessional. I would not recommend wasting your money on Hignite Training Services. ( Nathan Sergeant)
It was a great class and very enjoyable.
