I have been with Jericho as a tenant for four years now. I was planning on buying a home at the same time my lease was non renewed as the owner wanted to sell the property. They worked with me through the leasing process and even allowed me to break the lease early because of the situation, with no penalty. Special shout out to their maintenance vendor, Rick. I have rented for many years and he is the best handy man I have ever met. I will miss having them watching my back as a tenant.

I consider myself very lucky to have been referred to Jericho Properties 15 years ago. In that time, they have managed two rental properties for me and I couldn’t have asked for a better realty management company. They are super professional and have managed every issue to my satisfaction and they ensured that my properties were safe and well maintained and that the tenants were responsible and all the paperwork and regulations were properly handled. I highly recommend Bob Aldredge and Andrea Earnest to prospective tenants and rental property owners.

The worst property management ever. Nobody's gets back to us about problems that need to get fix. The landlord is a joke. Wanting the tenants to shovel and clean up. Stuff keeps breaking an nobody knows what is going on. Have to wait for a few day or week to get hot water in the complex. No ice melt put down when it snows. Seen a few tenants fall outside because of it.

Normally I wouldn't go out of my way to leave a review for a realty business, but I think most people only leave reviews if the experience is bad, so wanted to give some credit where it's due. I've been living in a Jericho house for 5+ years and I have to say i've been nothing but happy the entire time. Easy to communicate with, no surprises, and they are consistently transparent and helpful. We're renting an older (1920s) house and have have had plenty of old-house-related issues over 5 years, and every single one was fixed quickly without pushback or delays. I hear plenty of horror stories about renting in general, but if i was looking for a house and saw Jericho running it, it would actually be reassuring for me. Kudos and thanks to the whole team!

My review is two stars MAXIMUM. This is the best they got and honestly the only time they received a good score in my book was their quick response to maintenance. I had a lot of hope for Jericho going into my rental. They appeared to be very caring and genuinely invested in their tenants, but it was all a front. From every single person there. They're just in it for the money. If you get them to agree to anything, GET IT IN WRITING!!!!!! Otherwise they'll pull the "I never said that card". Because of a job opportunity, we had to move in the middle of our lease. We did everything they asked and paid all the fines they required. We went above and beyond and dealt with their bad communication as far as showings. Jericho still went and told our new rental companies we defaulted on our lease
