I can't say enough good things about Jennifer. She recently helped us find and purchase our retirement home. She was professional, knowledgeable and very helpful through what can be a stressful and complicated process. She worked very hard to find us exactly what we wanted. She assisted us through the escrow side of things as well. Always friendly and very personable. She maintained continous communication with us until our purchase was final. Do not recommend if seeking Chico listing agent! Lovely lady but did not represent sellers interest as much as she represented buyers interest! Delinquent in reviewing all contractual add on documents and sharing her advise and warnings with sellers (disclosures etc). Lacked tenacity and persistence when negotiating needs and wants of seller!
