As anyone looking at houses right now knows, everything about real estate is a nightmare at the moment. Jennifer Hemmelgarn was willing to go above and beyond to help us fit house showings into our schedule, which was mostly on nights and weekends. We were sometimes out looking at places four times a week and for several hours at a time, but she was always willing to oblige. We got fairly deep into the process on a townhouse we were looking at, when the appraisal came back lower than anticipated, and the seller was very upset. We attempted to negotiate, and Jennifer even offered to lower her commission to help make the difference work.
