They knew that we were struggling financially and offered to help. Weve paid them money every week. We called ahead of time and told them we couldnt give them money last week because we didnt make enough, but that wed make sure they got money this coming friday. Not only did they have an attitude about it, but we just got a 10 day eviction notice over $300 and Friday hasn't even gotten here yet. Crappy people and super fake with how "nice" and "helpful" they are when they first want you to move in.

When I contacted them to inform that my package had been stolen again (4th time), they suggested i consider having my stuff delivered elsewhere. I explained this was my HOME and I should be able to receive a package here. I was then told I should invest in a ring door cam. Zero concern. Zero empathy. Unbelievable 😒

The residential management/ apartment administration has failed to respond to my numerous complaints concerning a continuous over flowing toilet in my unit and repeatedly refused to amend the on going issue that keeps happening! Management has ignored my numerous messages and calls. I pay rent for a safe and humane living space ,with the expectations of It being that as well as sanitary ,not being able to use my toilet without fear of fecal matter and urine from other units exploding on to my bathroom floor and living area carpet is just not acceptable!! I find Spillages of other human waste on the floor upon entering my unit after work or when trying to use the restroom in the middle of the night. Very low outside maintenance standards. Only 2 stars for work orders. Also when there is no intention of fixing a issue they avoid calls , no response to msg and will close the door upon your arrival to main people office and get quiet until you leave. Amazing !

Great company. People work with you and get you results immediately. They provide great housing services. I feel as tho I have made new family members. They dont allow smoking of any kind at any of their properties.
