Jeffries Cove

I been a tenant at Jeffries Cove over 30 years. Once new property manager took over and rise the double amount and that new renovation would be done to the apartments, which was a little lie. You would think that they would have renovated my apartment that been a faith tenant who paid her rent on time for 30 years but was told I could move into another apartment, which rent would been increased. Still living with the same appliance, rugs, painting chipping, leaking sink and when they had us to take down the old blinds to put in new windows. That I had since I been in the apartment. I was told I would have to pay. I needed patio blinds but was told the same thing. They did come to replace the windows blinds but was a cheaper one the put on the renovation empty apartments.

Beautiful apartment complex in a quiet location and yet you can be in the center in 5 minutes and have all the shops you need. the apartments are ok, ... the kitchen and bathrooms are no longer up to date, that could be better... but otherwise everything is ok

Live there for years. A shame how the new company came in and just RAISED the rent up double and didn't care! They don't care about tenants! GOD DON'T LIKE UGLY. Remember, just because, you work for a company don't mean that you are right. Treat people the way you want to be treated. The company is about themselves.

I live there 20 years ago but I wouldn't live there now I don't know who's managing them but they are run down and are not doing a very good job of keeping them up!

I love these apartments but they are also expensive,They are roomy and will recommend them to anyone if they have openings
