From the Mice, to roaches water bugs ignorant rude staff to the rude person that responds to these reviews JB townhomes are trash! Been living here for years and this will be the last year! Do better with your customer service and making sure your Residents are satisfied with their home they pay a lot of money for! And for the record, No you all do not spray each residence twice a year. This glue trap is for Jerry (mice) but the roaches took over (trap has been down for 1 week and look it’s full already!

I literally can’t wait to move out of here. We have been clean, responsible tenants for 3 years. the first year was great (albeit the moving in process was horrible. the leasing lady we worked with ghosted the whole complex right after we moved in. my room carpet also reeked of cat pee and I asked them to remove it before move in date– they never did! Not until I started ceaselessly complaining after living in it for a few days!) and it has steadily declined since then. our rent has somehow increased every year?? virtually no improvements to our daily living situations. we run out of hot water all the time in the winter because the tanks haven’t been replaced in god knows how long. we don’t even have a soffit on our building. our screens are falling out of the windows. they give us the wor

My intention with this review is not to be malicious - it is to warn others . I lived here for almost 5 years it’s what was available and what I could afford , while I never expected top of the line amenities I just wanted safety for me and my kids . Around year 2 I started to noticed brown recluse spiders . I saw just a few at first but once I really started paying attention I noticed they were everywhere so I set out sticky traps to try and understand what was going on - I contacted JT they sprayed and sprayed until I urged them to contact a real exterminator - which revealed there was a bad infestation . They bombed the apartment and things were clear for a short while until they were back with a vengeance - I understand bugs happen but these are dangerous and JT really failed to take t

Jefferson Townhomes is a nice, larger, Townhome community. It's nestled right in between two beautiful parks, so you are surrounded by pleasant greenery and pleasantly surprised by roaming deer. The complex is well maintained. However, what really sells JT is the management and the maintenance folks. You will quickly get on first name basis with all the great ladies from the office and the guys who keep everything humming. Everyone who works here on the property is always very understanding, compassionate and has a great sense of urgency when something needs to be done. After several years at JT, I can say that it truly feels like home!

AVOID JEFFERSON BARRACKS TOWNHOME APARTMENTS AT ALL COSTS! 🕷️🚫 I'm writing this review as a warning to others: these apartments are a complete disaster. From the moment I moved in, I knew something was off. The staff is lazy and unresponsive, and the cockroach problem is OUT. OF. CONTROL. The townhomes smell like a sewer they don’t even clean the carpets I've tried to reach out to the staff multiple times about the roach issue, but they never answer my calls or respond to my messages. It's like they're invisible. When I finally managed to get someone on the phone, they seemed completely uninterested in helping me. No follow-through, no solutions, no apologies.
