I was relocating from the Florida area and located Jefferson Somerset Park online. The staff were so helpful and responsive. They truly took the stress away from the chaos of relocating. I was pleased to see the apartment was immaculate and exactly what I wanted. The grounds are always well maintained. The staff responds very quickly and the maintenance team has been fantastic. Living here has made this new journey so comfortable. I recommend Jefferson Somerset Park to anyone who enjoys a nice peaceful environment. Thanks for being GREAT!

Jefferson Somerset Park Apartments is a really nice place to live. The grounds are clean and have great views with a pond in the back and there a lot of colorful trees. There is a play ground with benches to sit on, picnic tables and dog park. The apartment is nice inside and has everything you need. Mainintence calls are handled quickly and resolved. The maintenance team are friendly and helpful. The staff in the office are always willing to help and very friendly. The atmosphere here feels like home. We are very happy here, feel safe here and this is a great place to live.

I’ve had the pleasure of living here for the past four years and couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I moved in I was impressed by the professionalism and attentiveness of the management team. They are quick to address any questions or issues with apartment. One of the standout features is the fantastic dog park on the premises. As a pet owner I appreciate the well maintained grass playground with plenty of room for my dog to run around in. The pet friendly atmosphere throughout the community is another aspect that sets Somerset Park apart making it feel like a true home for me and my pet. Overall, I highly recommend Jefferson Somerset Park to anyone in search of a welcoming and well-managed community.

Expensive apartments and rude management special Elizabeth. She is not a nice manager of the property. When we lived there and complain about beer of cans and trash in the parking lot she didn’t do anything about it it was a constantly problem going on.

We’ve chosen to live at Jefferson Somerset Park Apartments twice, and that speaks volumes about how much we love it here! Moving back was an easy decision because of the well-maintained amenities, spacious, quiet and comfortable apartments, and the unbeatable location. The community offers everything we need — fitness center, working spaces, outdoor gas grills, dog park, playground, etc. Plus, the neighborhood is fantastic, with great schools, dining, shopping, and parks just minutes away. The management team has always been helpful and responsive, making it a pleasure to call this place home. We’re so happy to be back and highly recommend Jefferson Somerset Park Apartments to anyone looking for a great living experience!
