They are professional, welcoming, and truly go above and beyond to create an exceptional experience from the very first interaction. Their dedication and positive energy make such a lasting impression. The entire leasing team is also amazing. They are attentive, friendly, and always willing to help. The community has such a warm, family oriented atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. The townhomes and apartments are stunning. They are beautifully designed, modern, and thoughtfully maintained. We highly recommend Jefferson North Ranch to anyone looking for not just a place to live, but a place to belong!

I visited this complex and did a tour with Lee, Ligia. She was wonderful during my time there. There was a family doing a maternity shoot in the nice common areas, and I felt very welcomed there. I did not apply or live here for my own personal circumstance, but Lee was awesome and deserves a shoutout. I am sure anyone who decides to live here will be happy.

We recently visited Jefferson North Ranch apartment community in McKinney, TX which was a very pleasant experience. Leasing Consultant, Ligia did a fabulous job during our tour of the property. She was so welcoming, thorough, professional, knowledgeable and exhibited the "I can help you with that" attitude the entire time. In addition, both the Property Manager, Markayla and Regional Manager took their valuable time greeting us which was a pleasant delight. Love this place. The apartments are new, very clean, and have great layouts. The entire experience has been wonderful, especially working with the leasing team. Ligia was amazing, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful with all of my questions and showings. Highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a great place to live.
