I’ve been living at this building for a while now, and I can honestly say it has exceeded my expectations in every way. One thing that really stands out is how responsive and efficient the team is when it comes to service orders. Every request I’ve submitted has been handled quickly and professionally, which gives me so much peace of mind as a resident. I recently attended the Valentine’s Day flower event, and it was such a beautiful experience. The setup was stunning and thoughtfully put together, and our coordinator truly outdid herself. Her energy was warm, welcoming, and genuinely uplifting you can tell she cares about creating memorable moments for the community. Okay WOW! Living at Jefferson Marketplace has been such a great experience so far. I’m from Atlanta, so when Kechi our events coordinator found out the Hawks were in town she surprised me and my fiancé with tickets and took us to the Wizards vs Hawks game last week. The arena is right in our neighborhood which is really convenient for residents who love basketball like us. We had so much fun and it honestly meant the world. It’s rare to have neighbors who look out for you like that and make you feel at home in a new city. We are loving living at JMP!

Four months in and so far so good. I can hear everything in the hallway and upstairs but it’s not unbearable. Great amenities here and we have events. Had a blast at happy hour! We should have it every Friday after work. Catchy was such a great host.

I lived here for two years and although the building itself is great and I loved my apartment, I would not recommend renting here. The leasing office is near impossible to contact, and my security deposit has still not been returned after more than 3 months. I have called and emailed the leasing office multiple times and they repeatedly say they will look into it and call me back, but they never do. I’ve seen many other reviewers complain about also not receiving their security deposit back so be warned.

I lived here for four years and unfortunately would not recommend it. The leasing office is extremely difficult to contact, and my security deposit has still not been returned after more than two months. Maintenance requests are handled very slowly, and repairs often take an unreasonably long time to be completed. For example the front door to the building has been broken for months and they put an orange cone in front of it and haven’t fixed it. Don’t make the same mistake that I did - there are better options in the neighborhood.
