I had an excellent experience working with Shannon Sharpe during my move into my apartment. From start to finish, he was extremely professional, prompt, patient, and genuinely helpful. Shannon took the time to walk me through every step of the process, making sure I understood all the details and felt comfortable throughout. He gave clear and thorough instructions, provided a complete tour of the apartment and amenities, and was always happy to answer any questions I had, no matter how small. His positive attitude and attention to detail really made the move-in process smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciate his dedication and outstanding customer service. Shannon is a huge asset to the apartment complex, and I highly recommend working with him!

I had an issue with my water heater and the community was very helpful. The maintenance team was very diligent and the issue was fixed in less than 4 hours. The community manager Ms. Michelle called to see if I was satisfied and if I needed anything. I was more than grateful for how they handled the issue. Really nice staff. I enjoy being a resident.

Miss Lydia was amazing from beginning to end. She made it easy and was responsive to our every question from the first day we went to see the apartment to the day that she gave us the key. Also want to give a special shout out to Mr. Damian who helps keep the maintenance of property and also helped me a lot after we moved. Great staff!! Happy to be a resident at Jefferson.
