If you’re desperate and looking for a place to live and you find this place… KEEP LOOKING, PLEASE. My mother and I moved in at the end of July and were evicted on August 29. Why? Apparently, we were “two months late on rent.” AC Louis recently changed the way rent has to be paid, and no one is ever in the office to explain or help. We got in touch with the corporate office to resolve this issue and paid with a money order—we have receipts and emails to prove it. Even after this, the manager’s office continued with the eviction. Why? Because no one actually works at our apartment complex. They just send different people to different properties every day, so you’re always dealing with someone new who doesn’t know your situation. Once management changes, the whole complex went down hill. I put in maintenance request but never received the service and the request would be updated to complete. Two year lease, never received complimentary carpet shampoo but have to pay for shampoo because I moved out. Leaky ceiling that led to mold in the walls. They just sprayed over the mold. Front desk no help, just there for move-ins and showings. She made that super clear.

I reached out to many AC Lewis properties. They do not return calls, they are not available for showings and lack knowledge on how to manage properties. As soon as I see AC Lewis as contact info, I already know - keep looking.

My brother enlisted me to help him apply for an apartment at Jefferson Arms. He works longgg hours. He liked this apartment’s locations and price most of all. He needs a place asap and is currently in a hotel. So I applied last Wednesday and I have not heard a peep from a leasing agent. I’ve been emailing, calling and even stopped by. Does this community even have a property manager? Is there an alternative way to contact them. This is a bit alarming…can’t lie. We pretty much did our own tour of the property, applied ourselves and I emailed the property for the supplemental documents that are needed with the application but it’s been soooo hard. Worst application process I’ve ever experienced!

Well here we go again. Yesterday I made a review about having a hard time being able to contact management. Once my 1 star review was posted they got back with me…..issue not solved and now today i was suppose to get a call back……..Today: no call back and I am not getting any response to emails or messages. Being that I have questions about my monthly rent being different THIS month….with no reasons…..but they expect me to pay it with no questions or answers?????
