Jeff Watson Homes built our home. We have had five home builders in the past, and without question the resulting product from Jeff Watson Homes is the worst. They do not turn in product warranty details to the vendors, walls are not square, products are installed incorrectly resulting in the home owner having to spend additional monies to have issues corrected. When reaching out to Jeff Watson Homes, they blame their vendors and subs, and make no efforts to correct the issues. We have had gas leaks due to sloppy installation, and products installed that we later discovered were old stock and not the new products we paid for. Jeff Watson Homes did not submit the warranty information to the manufacturer for the AC units or hot water units, all of which have failed in the first several ye

Jeff & team are truly wonderful to work with. They have built our dream house & we have been so impressed with the attention to detail & quality. Everyone on the team is so personable and conscientious as well. So happy we chose Jeff & would recommend in a heartbeat!
