how can i put this more plainly. awful. awful. awful customer service. They never pick up the phone, they dont have an emergency line. My AC went out 2 summers in a row. took over 5 days to get someone to come out. My house was over 90 degrees inside. If something happens during the weekend, dont even think about getting an answer from them. They have promised repairs, and they never get done. I had to threaten to take them to small claims court before getting somethings done. They sent out a shotty repair man and the trim around the back door still leaks and is dry rotted. Just tried calling now. and their phone is turned off. This place is a joke. Please rent from national realtors. ie coldwell etc. Find a new agent. I cant wait to see what its going to be like to try to get
