My family and I started looking to buy a house around the end of 2022 and only JUST closed on one at the end of April 2024. So for TWO YEARS Doreen was there for us. When one house would pop up, she’d be ready to show us by the next day. We went months without any luck but she was always happy to help us at our convenience. If she wasn’t able to go with us, she’d find someone who could (usually Jayson who was also very helpful). She was always quick to reply to us with any questions or concerns we may have had. She has been so patient and kind and we are so grateful to have had her as our realtor. Doreen made the process easy for us. We would recommend her 1,000 times over.

This is a long overdue review. Jayson and Dori are 2 very honest and sincere people that go out of there way to help you find the perfect home. In a world of realtors that only care about the next sale Jayson and Dori are extremely unique as they actually care about the making sure the property you buy is right for you. There may be bigger companies with flashy logos and teams of realtors promising you the world, but when it comes down to it no one will have your best interests in mind first and foremost more than JD Realty. We are very thankful that we were able to meet them and for all the help they gave us over our search for a home in Fort Walton beach. I highly recommend JD Realty for all of your home buying needs.

Doreen is amazing. We bought a house from out of state without being able to see it. She FaceTimed us numerous times and took several trips to the house to answer any questions that came up. She also contacted vendors on our behalf for pest control, lawn care, and shutters to get everything set up. Her knowledge and ability to get back to us quickly with answers was extremely helpful. We weren't in person for closing and she got our keys for us and has made a few trips to the house after the sale before our arrival. Highly recommend!!
